Points

SUPER DELIVERY may offer points as part of promotions or sales events.
Additionally, points may also be used as a form of refund.
Points can be checked in the header after logging in.

How to Use Points

• For credit card payments, points can be used at a rate of 1 Point = 1 Yen.
  Points cannot be applied to shipping costs.
• Points can be used starting from 100 points.
• When you place an order, a pre-authorization will be made.
  Pre-authorized amount will be the amount without any points applied.
  The actual amount with points usage, will be charged after the orders are shipped.
• When using points for multiple items, the points will be applied in the order of shipment.
  Please note that the point usage amount cannot be changed after shipment.

Points Expiration Date

• Points come in two types on SUPER DELIVERY: points with a specified expiration date and those without.
• If your points have a specified expiration period, please check the details through confirmation email.
• Points without a specified expiration date will will remain valid for one year from the final granting month. (For example, if the last credited month is April 2023, the points will valid until the end of March 2024.)

Important Notes

• Points will be returned if the order applied with points is returned, canceled, or sold out.

Coupons

SUPER DELIVERY provides advantageous coupons at irregular intervals that can be used for your order.
Please check if you have valid coupons from the header of our homepage or your shopping cart.

About Coupon Expiration Dates

• Each coupon has a set expiration date.
  Please kindly check the remaining days indicated on the coupon, and use it within the specified period.

Coupon Types and Usage

• Each coupon comes with various restrictions related to product, vendor, price, etc. Please check the coupon details and conditions when using it.
• Coupons can be selected in the shopping cart and only one coupon can be used per order.
• For coupons that offer a percentage discount on the product price (e.g. 5% OFF), the discount rate is applied to all items in the order simultaneously.
• For coupons that deduct from the product price (e.g. JPY1,000 OFF), the discount is applied in the order of companies with higher order amounts and sets with higher set order amounts.

• If the amount of a coupon-applied product goes below the coupon amount due to factors such as out of stock, price reduction, or quantity change, the coupon amount will also be reduced. The reduced coupon will not be reapplied to other products.

Notices

• Coupons cannot be changed after the order is placed.
• Coupons cannot be used across multiple orders. If the coupon amount is not fully used in one order, the unused amount will be lost.
• If some of the coupon-applied products are canceled or sold out, the coupon applied to those products will be lost.
• Coupons will ONLY be reissued if all of the coupon-applied products from the order are canceled or sold out. However, it will not be reissued if the coupon has expired by the time of reissue.
• If a coupon-applied product is returned, the applied coupon amount will be deducted from the refund.
• The prices listed on the invoice reflect the prices before the coupon is applied.
