Customs clearance procedures for exports are handled by carriers arranged by SUPER DELIVERY. For imports, customers may be subject to import tariffs, additional related expenses, and procedures. Depending on the situation, customers may need to contact carriers or customs to complete import clearance.
If payment or procedures during import customs clearance are not completed, or if local customs/carriers deem the parcels invalid or undeliverable, please note that the parcels may be held, returned, or discarded. Customers will be responsible for any associated costs in these cases.

*About HS Codes (Harmonized System Code, Tariff Code, Tax ID)
HS codes for products are not assigned by SUPER DELIVERY, but by each shipping carrier. Consequently, different carriers may utilize different codes for the same product.
If you require specification of an HS code for customs purposes, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier in advance for assistance.
*Regarding Tableware
When clearing import customs, importers or customs authorities from each country may request import licenses or product information. Please proceed with the necessary import clearance procedures as required. For product information, kindly contact the vendors directly.
*For Customers in Korea
Primarily for household appliances and electronic products, there is a possibility of confiscation and customs clearance suspension due to the absence of KC certification during import clearance. SUPER DELIVERY is not responsible for confiscation, customs clearance suspension or compensation for damages in South Korea that result from failure to obtain KC certification.
Please confirm with transportation carriers or the customs for further information before making a purchase.
*For Customers in Taiwan
When using ECMS, if you'd like to receive an "Import Declaration Form,"kindly request it directly from our Taiwan agent. Please be aware that the following issuance fees will apply.
