About the refund amount and the refund date

Except for defective/wrong items on the vendor's side, refunds will be processed through SD points or PayPal, regardless of the payment method you used for the order.
The refund amount includes the product amount and the shipping/handling fees. However, if there is no difference in the shipping fee, only the product amount will be refunded.

  1. Refund with SD Points

    We will issue SD points within 3 business days after the refund request has been confirmed.

    Example1)
    Order Product Amount: JPY 8,000 Shipping/Handling fee: JPY 2,000
    Problem All items are damaged
    Refund Request Date July 1st
    Refund Date Around July 4th
    Refund Amount 10,000 SD points (equivalent to JPY 10,000)
    Can be used in the next order paid by credit card.
    Example2)
    Order Product Amount: JPY 8,000 Shipping/Handling fee: JPY 2,000
    Problem Part of the items are missing
    Refund Request Date July 1st
    Refund Date Around July 4th
    Refund Amount Product amount JPY 1,000 & shipping fee difference JPY 500
    ↓
    1,500 SD points (equivalent to JPY 1,500)
    Can be used in the next order paid by credit card.

  2. Refund via PayPal

    We will issue the refund through PayPal in approximately 2 weeks after the refund request has been confirmed.

    Example)
    Order Product Amount: JPY 8,000 Shipping/Handling fee: JPY 2,000
    Problem Part of the items are damaged
    Refund Request Date July 1st
    Refund Date Around July 15th
    Refund Amount Product amount JPY 1,000 & no shipping fee difference
    ↓
    JPY 1,000 (Refund will be conducted in Japanese Yen)
Notes:
  • Customs duties, value-added tax, consumption tax, or any other expenses not invoiced by SUPER DELIVERY cannot be refunded.
  • SUPER DELIVERY may not be able to send the refund data to your credit card company if the credit card is temporarily suspended. The refund will be processed in SD points in such case.
  • For PayPal refunds, foreign exchange conversion fees and transaction fees are at the customer's expense. The initial payment amount and refund amount may also differ. Due to exchange rates.
